From Aomori Station, take the JR Ou Line towards Hirosaki Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 800 yen. Upon arrival at Hirosaki Station, exit the station and take bus number 100 or 200 towards Hirosaki Park. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes and costs around 200 yen. Get off at the Hirosaki Park stop and you will be just a short walk from the Civic Square.
