    If you are traveling by car from central Chikuzen, head south on Route 200 (Fukuoka Prefectural Route 200) for approximately 15 km. Continue on Route 200 until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Take a left onto Route 3 and continue for about 5 km. Look for signs directing you to Sasaguri, and take the exit towards Sasaguri on Route 3. After about 3 km, you will arrive at Matsugase Jizo-do, located at 483 Sasaguri, Kasuya District, Fukuoka 811-2405. There is parking available near the temple.

    To reach Matsugase Jizo-do using public transportation, start from Chikuzen Station. Take the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line towards Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. Transfer at Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station to the Nishitetsu Sasaguri Line. Ride the Sasaguri Line to Sasaguri Station. From Sasaguri Station, it is about a 20-minute walk to the temple. Exit the station and head south on Route 3, then turn left onto the road leading to the temple. Be advised that you might need to check the train schedules for the latest departures, and ensure you know the fare, which is approximately 600 yen total for the trip.
