Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the city of Sakura in Chiba Prefecture. From the center of Chubu, take the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Tokyo. Merge onto the Ken-o Expressway (圏央道) and follow the signs for Narita. Take the exit toward Sakura (佐倉) and continue straight. After you pass through the first set of traffic lights, keep an eye out for Jonaicho. Turn right onto Jonaicho, and you will find Hiyodori-Zaka at 5-23 Jonaicho, Sakura. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To visit Hiyodori-Zaka using public transportation, start by heading to Chubu's nearest major train station, such as Nagoya Station (名古屋駅). Take the Tokaido Shinkansen (東海道新幹線) towards Tokyo and transfer at Tokyo Station (東京駅) to the Sobu Line (総武線) for Narita. Get off at Sakura Station (佐倉駅). From Sakura Station, exit the station and take a local bus towards Jonaicho. Get off at the Jonaicho bus stop. Hiyodori-Zaka is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 5-23 Jonaicho.
