If you are in the central area of Tenjin, Kego Park is within walking distance. Head south on Tenjin Street (天神通り) towards the intersection with Watanabe-dori Avenue (渡辺通り). Cross the street and continue walking straight. After about 5-10 minutes, you will see Kego Park on your right at 2 Chome-2 Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka.

Take the Fukuoka City Subway from Tenjin Station (天神駅). Board the Kuko Line (空港線) towards Fukuoka Airport. Travel for one stop and get off at Akasaka Station (赤坂駅). Exit the station and walk north along the main road (Akasaka Avenue) for about 10 minutes until you reach Kego Park.

From Tenjin, you can take a Nishitetsu bus towards Kego Park. Look for bus stops that have routes heading to 'Kego' (警固). The ride should take around 5-10 minutes. Be sure to have change or a prepaid IC card for the fare, which is typically around ¥210. Once you get off the bus at the Kego stop, the park will be a short walk away.
