Getting There

  • Public Transport

    ACROS Fukuoka is easily accessible via Fukuoka's extensive public transportation network. From Hakata Station, take the Kuko (Airport) Subway Line to Tenjin Station (5 minutes, approximately ¥260). From Tenjin Station, ACROS Fukuoka is a short 5-minute walk from the Higashi (East) Exit. Alternatively, direct access to ACROS Fukuoka B2F is available from Tenjin Station Exit 16 on the Kuko Subway Line. Nishitetsu buses also serve the area. Several bus stops are located near ACROS Fukuoka, including 'ACROS Fukuoka & Suikyo Tenmangu (shrine)-mae' and 'Tenjin 4-chome'. Bus fares within Fukuoka City start from ¥100. A Fukuoka City Subway One-Day Ticket is available for ¥640 for unlimited subway travel.

  • Walking

    ACROS Fukuoka is centrally located in Tenjin, making it easily accessible by foot from many nearby points of interest. From Nishitetsu Fukuoka Tenjin Station, it's a 10-minute walk. From Tenjin Central Park, simply walk towards the distinctive terraced green facade of ACROS Fukuoka. The Step Garden entrance is located on the park side of the building. Note: The Step Garden cannot be accessed from inside the building.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available throughout Fukuoka. A short taxi ride from Hakata Station to ACROS Fukuoka typically takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately ¥1,500 - ¥2,205. From other locations in Tenjin, a taxi ride should cost considerably less, with the meter starting at ¥580. Note: Taxi fares in Fukuoka may increase depending on distance and time. Using a ride-hailing app is recommended.

  • Parking

    Parking is available at ACROS Fukuoka for both visitors and non-visitors. The parking entrance is located on the west side of the building, near Fukuoka City Hall. Parking fees are ¥500 for the first hour, then ¥250 for each additional 30 minutes. From 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, an overnight fee of ¥1,100 applies. Note: There are 124 parking spaces available on the B3F, with a maximum height of 2.1 meters. No discounts are offered to ACROS Fukuoka visitors.
