Getting There

  • Walking

    If you find yourself in the heart of Tenjin, start at Tenjin Station. Exit the station and head towards the 'Fukuoka Parco' shopping mall. From the mall, walk towards the south along the main street, 'Tenjin Chuo-dori'. After about 5 minutes, you will come across a large intersection. Here, turn left onto 'Kego Park Street'. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will see Kego Park on your right, at 2 Chome-2 Tenjin. The park entrance is easily recognizable with its green signage.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From Tenjin Station, you can also take a city bus to Kego Park. Look for the bus stop located outside the station. Buses number 1, 2, or 3 serve the area around Kego Park. Board one of these buses and pay the fare (approximately ¥210). Get off at the 'Kego Park' stop, and from there, the park entrance is just a short 2-minute walk. Follow the signs pointing towards the park, which is situated at 2 Chome-2 Tenjin.

    If you prefer taking the subway, navigate to the Tenjin Subway Station. Board the Kuko Line heading towards 'Fukuoka Airport'. Get off at 'Tenjin-Minami Station' (just one stop). Once you exit the station, head north towards the main street. Walk about 10 minutes along the 'Tenjin Chuo-dori', and you will reach Kego Park at 2 Chome-2 Tenjin.
