Public Transportation
From Hakone, take the Odakyu Line to Odawara Station. At Odawara Station, transfer to the JR Tōkaidō Line and take a train towards Otsuki. Get off at Fujiyoshida Station. From Fujiyoshida Station, you can take a taxi directly to Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine, which is about a 10-minute drive away, or you can take a local bus by looking for the bus stop that has routes towards Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine.
