If you're driving, start from Hakone and head towards Route 1 (National Route 1) heading southeast. Follow the signs for Fujisawa. Once you reach Fujisawa, continue along Route 134. After approximately 30 minutes of driving, you'll see signs for Enoshima. Turn onto Enoshima Island and follow the signs leading to the Dragon Love Bell located at 2 Chome-5 Enoshima, Fujisawa.
