Getting There

Car
If you're traveling by car from Hakone, head east on Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) towards Fujisawa. After about 35 km, take the Fujisawa Interchange exit. Follow the signs for Enoshima, which will lead you to Route 134. Continue on Route 134 for approximately 6 km, and you will reach Enoshima Island. To reach Enoshima Sea Candle by public transportation, take the Odakyu Line from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station (approximately 15 minutes). Once at Fujisawa Station, transfer to the Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden) and ride to Enoshima Station (about 20 minutes). From Enoshima Station, it’s a short walk to the base of the Sea Candle.
