If you're driving from Hakone, take the Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) towards Gotemba. The trip is approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Gotemba, follow the signs for Gotemba Premium Outlets. There is ample parking available on-site, but note that there may be a parking fee, usually around 500 yen for the day.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
From Hakone, take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Odawara Station. This scenic train ride takes about 40 minutes. From Odawara Station, transfer to the JR Gotemba Line and take the train to Gotemba Station, which takes around 30 minutes. After arriving at Gotemba Station, exit the station and take the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlets. The shuttle runs regularly, and the ride is about 15 minutes. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule for the latest timings.
