Car
If you are driving, take the Route 54 (Hiroshima Expressway) from Hiroshima city. Follow the signs for the Hiroshima East IC. Once you exit, continue on Route 54 towards Higashi Ward. After approximately 10 km, look for signs directing you to Futabanosato. Turn onto Futabanosato Street, and the shrine will be on your left at 2 Chome-1-18 Futabanosato. Parking is available near the shrine, but be aware of potential parking fees ranging from 300 to 500 yen.

Public Transportation
To reach Hiroshima Toshogu Shrine by public transportation, start by taking the JR Sanyo Line from Hiroshima Station to Higashi-Hiroshima Station. This journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 400 yen. From Higashi-Hiroshima Station, transfer to the local bus service 'Higashi Ward' (Hiroshima Bus), which will take you to the Futabanosato stop. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes and costs about 230 yen. From the Futabanosato stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the shrine. Ensure to check the bus schedule as it may vary.
