If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Hitachi. Get onto Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) heading south. Follow the expressway for about 30 km until you reach the junction for Route 50 towards Mito. Take Route 50 and follow the signs towards Chiyoda City. Once you reach Chiyoda City, look for signs directing you to Yurakucho. Park View Garden is located near 1 Chome-1 Yurakucho. There is available parking nearby, but it may incur a fee, so be prepared for parking costs.

Public Transportation - Train
For those using public transportation, make your way to Hitachi Station. From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. You will need to transfer at Mito Station to the JR Ueno-Tokyo Line. After that, head towards Yurakucho Station. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Yurakucho Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the nearby Park View Garden, which is a short 5-minute walk from the station.

Public Transportation - Bus
Alternatively, if you prefer to travel by bus, start at Hitachi Station and take the bus to Mito Station. From Mito Station, catch a highway bus bound for Tokyo that stops at Yurakucho. The bus ride will take about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Yurakucho, Park View Garden is within walking distance from the bus stop. Look for signs directing you to the garden which should take about 5-10 minutes of walking.
