Car
If you are driving from the center of Hitachi, take Route 6 (Higashi-Kanto Expressway) towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for the expressway and continue for approximately 130 km (about 1.5 hours). Once you reach Tokyo, take the exit toward Chiyoda and follow the signs for Yurakucho. Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan is located at 2 Chome-10-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006. There is parking available nearby, but expect to pay parking fees, which may vary based on duration.

Train
From Hitachi Station, board the Joban Line train towards Ueno. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Disembark at Ueno Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the Ginza Line towards Shibuya and get off at Yurakucho Station. From there, it’s a short walk to Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan, located at 2 Chome-10-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006. The total cost for the train journey will be around 2,000 yen.

You can take a highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Check the schedule for buses departing from Hitachi Station to Tokyo Station. The bus ride typically takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a local train to Yurakucho Station. The bus fare will be around 1,500 yen.
