If you are driving from central Hitachi, take Route 6 towards Mito and follow the signs for the Joban Expressway. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Ueno/Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for about 60 km until you reach the central Tokyo area. Once in the city, follow signs for Chiyoda City. Use your GPS to navigate to 2 Chome-4 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006. Be aware that parking in central Tokyo can be expensive and limited, so plan to find a nearby parking facility. Expect to pay around 1,000 to 2,500 yen for parking, depending on the duration.

Train
To reach Yurakucho Yokocho by train from Hitachi Station, board the Joban Line train bound for Ueno. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and take the train towards Shibuya. After two stops, get off at Yurakucho Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the Central Exit. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Yurakucho Yokocho, located at 2 Chome-4 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006. A one-way train ticket costs approximately 1,300 yen.

If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take an express bus from Hitachi Station to Tokyo Station. The bus ride takes about 1.5 hours and costs around 2,000 yen. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, head to the Marunouchi South Exit. From there, you can either walk to Yurakucho Yokocho, which is about a 15-minute walk, or take the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line from Tokyo Station to Yurakucho Station.
