From central Hitachi, head southeast on Route 6 (aka the Joban Expressway) towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for the Joban Expressway and merge onto the expressway. Continue for about 90 kilometers. Take the exit towards Koto City and follow the signs for Toyosu. Once you arrive in Toyosu, look for parking options near Toyosu Gururi Park, which is located at 6 Chome-1番-先 Toyosu, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0061. Parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. Travel for approximately 80 minutes and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Take the Hibiya Line towards Nakameguro for 5 stops until you reach Toyosu Station. From Toyosu Station, it is a 15-minute walk to Toyosu Gururi Park. Follow the signs towards the waterfront; you will find the park located at 6 Chome-1番-先 Toyosu, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0061. Make sure to buy a ticket for the entire journey, which may cost around 1,500 yen.
