Subway
If you are starting from Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line towards Ikebukuro. Transfer at Tokyo Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the Ginza Line towards Asakusa and get off at Tsukiji Station. From Tsukiji Station, take exit 3. Once you exit, head straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn left onto the main road and walk for about 200 meters. Tsukijisushiko Sohonten will be on your right at 3 Chome−16−9, inside the Tsukiji Muromachi Building.

If you are near Shibuya Station, take the JR Yamanote Line towards Tokyo Station. Get off at Tokyo Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Board the Ginza Line towards Asakusa and disembark at Tsukiji Station. After taking exit 3, walk straight for 300 meters, then turn left at the main road.
