Car
If you're driving from the center of Iyo, take the Matsuyama Expressway from Iyo City. Follow the signs for Imabari. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit towards Imabari. Continue on Route 196 until you reach the Miyakubo area in Imabari. U Island is located in Miyakubocho Miyakubo, Imabari, Ehime 794-2203. Look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal for U Island.

From Iyo, take a train to Imabari Station using the JR Yosan Line. This journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Imabari Station, transfer to a local bus or taxi to reach the Miyakubo ferry terminal. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. At the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to U Island. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind that ferry schedules may vary, so check the timetable ahead of time.
