If you're traveling by car, from Matsuyama City, take the Matsuyama Expressway (E56) heading towards Imabari. After approximately 40 minutes, take the Imabari-higashi Interchange exit. Follow Route 196 towards Imabari and then take Route 317. Continue straight until you see the signs for Sakurai. The Tsunashiki Tenman Shrine will be located at 6 Chome-2-1 Sakurai, Imabari, Ehime 799-1522. Parking is available nearby.

Train and Bus
For those using public transportation, start by taking the JR Shikoku train from Matsuyama Station to Imabari Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Imabari Station, exit and look for the local bus terminal. Board a bus heading towards Sakurai; make sure to check the bus schedule as it can vary. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Sakurai stop, then walk about 5 minutes to reach Tsunashiki Tenman Shrine located at 6 Chome-2-1 Sakurai.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from either Matsuyama or Imabari. From Matsuyama, the fare will be around 7,000 JPY and the ride will take approximately 40 minutes. From Imabari Station, a taxi will cost about 2,500 JPY and take around 10-15 minutes to reach the shrine.
