From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line (Northbound) towards Omiya Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Omiya Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit.

After exiting Omiya Station's East Exit, walk straight ahead and take your first left onto Chuo Street (中央通り). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Horinouchicho (堀ノ内町). Turn right onto Horinouchicho Street. Omiya Third Park will be on your left side after approximately a 10-minute walk.

Bus
From Omiya Station East Exit, you can also take the bus. Look for the bus stop for route number 10 (大宮駅東口10番) which heads towards Horinouchi (堀ノ内) and get off at the 'Omiya Third Park' stop (大宮第三公園前). The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. The park is directly across the street from the bus stop.
