If you are driving from the center of Kai, head east on Route 20. After approximately 10 km, merge onto Route 52 towards Omiya. Continue for about 15 km, then take the exit for Takahanacho. Follow the signs for Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Jinja, which is located at Takahanacho 1-407, Saitama. There is parking available near the shrine.

From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and transfer at Omiya Station. Upon arriving at Omiya Station, exit and take the Tobu Nikkō Line towards Takasaki. Get off at Takahanacho Station. From the station, it is a 15-minute walk to Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Jinja at Takahanacho 1-407. Look for signs directing you to the shrine as you walk.
