Car
If you're driving from the city center of Kai, head southeast on Route 20 (Chuo Expressway) towards Tokyo. Keep following the signs for Chuo Expressway until you reach the exit for Shinjuku. From Shinjuku, follow the signs for Chiyoda City. When you get to Chiyoda City, look for parking near the address 1 Chome−1−10 Sotokanda. There are multiple parking lots nearby. Please note that parking fees may apply, typically ranging from ¥300 to ¥600 per hour.

Public Transport - Train
From Kai City, take the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station towards Tokyo. You will need to transfer at Shinjuku Station to the JR Yamanote Line. Board the Yamanote Line heading towards Tokyo Station. After about 15 minutes, get off at Akihabara Station. From Akihabara Station, take the Electric Town Exit. Once you exit, walk for about 5 minutes towards Sotokanda. You will see Karaoke Pasela AKIBA Multi Entertainment at the address 1 Chome−1−10 Sotokanda, which is located on the first floor of the building. Note that train fares will cost around ¥1,500 one way.

Public Transport - Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch a highway bus from Kai to Shinjuku. Once you arrive at Shinjuku Bus Terminal, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Akihabara Station. After about 15 minutes, get off at Akihabara Station and use the Electric Town Exit. Walk for approximately 5 minutes to reach Karaoke Pasela AKIBA Multi Entertainment at 1 Chome−1−10 Sotokanda. The bus fare from Kai to Shinjuku is approximately ¥2,000.
