Car
If you are driving from Kai, take Route 20 north towards Kofu. Merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) at the Kofu Junction. Continue on the Chuo Expressway for approximately 50 km and take the exit toward Hanno. Follow the signs for Hanno City and continue on Route 299. Moomin House is located at 327-6 Miyazawa, Hanno, Saitama. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that it may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line train towards Tokyo and get off at Hanno Station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once at Hanno Station, exit and head to the bus terminal. Take the Seibu Bus (bound for Moomin Valley Park) which runs regularly. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. After arriving at Moomin Valley Park, follow the signs to Moomin House, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
