Getting There

  • Bus

    From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus #100 or #206 towards Gion. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at 'Gion' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk south towards Shijo Avenue. Once you reach Shijo Avenue, turn right and continue walking until you reach Maruyama Park on your left.

    Take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station to Shijo Station. Transfer to the Hankyu Line and take the train to Kawaramachi Station. From Kawaramachi Station, head east on Shijo Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach Maruyama Park, which will be on your right.
