Public Transport - Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 100 or 206 towards 'Kurama Onsen' or 'Kiyomizu-dera'. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the 'Okazaki Koen / Bijutsukan' stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes east along Okazaki Higashitennocho Street until you reach Okazaki Shrine at 51 Okazaki Higashitennocho.

Public Transport - Subway
From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Line subway towards 'Kokusaikaikan' and transfer at 'Kawaramachi' station to the Tozai Line. Board the train towards 'Uzumasa Tenjingawa'. Get off at 'Keage' station. After exiting the station, head east on Higashioji Street, then turn left on Okazaki Higashitennocho Street. Okazaki Shrine will be about a 10-minute walk from the station.
