Public Transportation
From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line (Line 1) towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at Gojo Station, which is the 4th stop (about 8 minutes). From Gojo Station, take Exit 1 and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by the Kyoto Tower on your left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Higashiyama Street and turn left. Walk for another 5 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Shōsei-en Garden on your right.

Walking
If you are staying in the central area of Kyoto, you can simply walk to Shōsei-en Garden. From the intersection of Shijo Street and Karasuma Street, head south towards the Karasuma subway entrance. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass by the Kyoto National Museum on your right. Once you reach the intersection of Higashitamamizucho, turn left and the garden entrance will be on your right side after a short walk.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Kyoto Station. Once you have a bike, head east along Shijo Street. After about 15 minutes of cycling, turn right onto Higashitamamizucho. The Shōsei-en Garden will be on your right. Make sure to park your bike in the designated area outside the garden entrance.
