If you are at Nara Park, head east toward the Naramachi area. Exit the park through the East Gate and walk along Sanjo Dori Street, which is the main road running through the city. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nakanoshinyacho Street.

From the intersection of Sanjo Dori and Nakanoshinyacho, turn left onto Nakanoshinyacho Street. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. You will see Naramachi Nigiwai-no-le on your right at 5 Nakanoshinyacho.

If you are near Nara Station, take the Nara City Loop Bus (green line) towards the Naramachi area. Get off at the Naramachi stop. From there, walk down Nakanoshinyacho Street, and Naramachi Nigiwai-no-le will be about a 5-minute walk ahead on your right.

If you are at the Nara National Museum, exit the museum and head east. Walk along the path that leads to Sanjo Dori Street. Once you reach Sanjo Dori, turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Nakanoshinyacho Street.
