Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Naha Airport, head to the bus terminal located just outside the arrivals area. Take the Yui Rail (Okinawa Urban Monorail) Line to Kencho-mae Station. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Kencho-mae Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop for the number 17 or 46 bus. Board the bus and ride until you reach Shurijo Castle Park (Shurijo Koen). From the bus stop, follow the signs to Shureimon Gate, which is about a 15-minute walk through the park.

  • Yui Rail

    Take the Yui Rail from Naha Airport to Shuri Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Shuri Station, exit the station and follow the signs to Shurijo Castle Park.
