From Naha Bus Terminal, take the 'Shurijo Castle' line. The bus number is 100 or 5. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Shurijo Kinen Koen Mae' stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes north along the main road until you reach the entrance to Shurijo Castle Park. Continue walking through the park until you reach Sonohyan-utaki Ishimon, which is located near the castle.

If you are staying near Kokusai Street in Naha, you can walk to Sonohyan-utaki Ishimon. Start by heading south on Kokusai Street toward the Okinawa Prefectural Museum. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to Shurijo Castle. Turn left and walk about 1.5 km. You will see signs directing you to Shurijo Castle Park. Once in the park, follow the path to the Sonohyan-utaki Ishimon.
