Getting There

  • Bus

    From Naha Bus Terminal, take the number 11 bus heading towards Shuri. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Shuri' bus stop. From there, walk towards Shuri Castle. As you walk, follow signs directing you towards Sueyoshigu. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the shrine. Be sure to look for the signs along the way.

  • Monorail

    Take the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail) from Naha Airport Station or any station in Naha. Ride to 'Shuri Station', which is the closest station to Sueyoshigu. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Shuri Station, exit and walk south towards Shurisueyoshicho. The shrine is approximately a 20-minute walk from the station; follow the road signs to guide you along the way.
