From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line (also known as the Osaka Loop Line) towards Tennoji Station. After 8 stops, get off at Tennoji Station. There, transfer to the JR Hanwa Line and take a train towards Wakayama. Get off at Sakai Station, which is about 20 minutes away. Once you arrive at Sakai Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus terminal.

At the Sakai Station bus terminal, look for the bus stop for 'Daisen-ryo Kofun.' Board the bus that goes directly to the Kofun. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to listen for announcements or check the display screens for the correct stop, which is 'Daisen-ryo Kofun.'

After getting off the bus at the Daisen-ryo Kofun stop, you will find the tomb within walking distance. Follow the signs directing you to the Kofun, which will lead you through a pleasant park area. It's a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of the tomb.
