Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Kochi City. Take Route 32 heading towards Tosa City. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Tosa City. From Tosa City, follow signs for Route 56 heading towards Obuchi. Continue on Route 56 for about 10 kilometers, and you will see signs for Kamiyoshinogawa Bridge. Turn left onto the access road leading to the bridge. Parking is available nearby. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is free.

If you are near Tosa, you can drive to a nearby parking area and then take a short walk to Kamiyoshinogawa Bridge. From Tosa, drive toward Route 56, and after about 5 kilometers, look for a parking area marked for visitors to the bridge. After parking, it's a 10-minute walk to the bridge along a scenic path. There are no tolls or parking fees.
