From Tosa City, follow signs for Route 56 heading towards Obuchi. Continue on Route 56 for about 10 kilometers, and you will see signs for Kamiyoshinogawa Bridge. Turn left onto the access road leading to the bridge. Parking is available nearby. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is free.
