    If you're driving from Shirakawa-go, head south on Route 156. Continue for about 30 kilometers (approximately 40 minutes). Follow the signs toward Takayama, and as you approach the city, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Yamazakura Shrine. The shrine is located at 2 Chome-65 Honmachi, Takayama, Gifu 506-0011.
