Getting There

Train
Start your journey by getting to Tokyo Station, which is a major hub for various train lines. From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yokosuka Line towards Zushi. Ensure you board a train that stops at Kamakura Station. The train ride will take around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, exit the station and head towards the East Exit.

After exiting the East Exit of Kamakura Station, you will see a bus terminal and a shopping street. Walk straight along the street for about 1 kilometer (approximately 15 minutes). You will pass by various shops and cafes along the way. Keep heading straight until you reach the intersection with a traffic light, where you will see a sign for Shirahata Shrine.
