Take the JR Sobu Line from Tokyo Station towards Chiba. Get off at Ryogoku Station (about 10 minutes). Upon exiting the station, head southwest towards the Edo-Tokyo Museum. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, crossing the Sumida River via the Ryogoku Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, turn left and walk along the river until you reach Sumida River Ryokudō Park.

From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line to Tokyo Station (about 14 minutes). Transfer to the JR Sobu Line and head towards Chiba. Get off at Ryogoku Station. Follow the same instructions as above to reach Sumida River Ryokudō Park.
