From central Tosa, head south on Route 33. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with Route 56. Take Route 56 towards Niyodogawa. After about 10 km, look for signs directing you to Niyodo Outdoor Center, which is located at 〒781-1606 Kochi, Agawa District, Niyodogawa, Nagaya, 6. The center will be on your right side as you approach.
