If you're driving from central Yamanashi, take Route 20 towards Kofu, then merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) heading towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway and take the Okutama exit. Follow the signs for Route 33 towards Okutama. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Okutama Green Waters Friendship Hall located at 5 Hara, Okutama, Nishitama District, Tokyo. Note that there may be tolls on the expressway, approximately ¥1,200 depending on your starting point.
