Car
If you're driving from central Yamanashi, take Route 20 towards Kofu, then merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) heading towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway and take the Okutama exit. Follow the signs for Route 33 towards Okutama. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Okutama Green Waters Friendship Hall located at 5 Hara, Okutama, Nishitama District, Tokyo. Note that there may be tolls on the expressway, approximately ¥1,200 depending on your starting point.

Public Transportation
To reach Okutama Green Waters Friendship Hall via public transportation, start at Kofu Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and transfer at Tachikawa Station. From Tachikawa, switch to the JR Ome Line heading to Okutama Station. The total travel time will be around 2 hours. Upon arrival at Okutama Station, exit the station and take a local bus (Keio Bus) towards Hara. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Hara' stop, and from there, it is a short walk to the Okutama Green Waters Friendship Hall. Be prepared for bus fares, which are usually around ¥320.
