Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Yamanashi City. Take Route 20 heading towards Kofu, and then merge onto the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Tokyo. Exit at the Hinohara IC (日の原インターチェンジ) and follow the signs towards Hinohara. Drive for about 30 minutes until you reach Kazuma-no-yu located at 数馬2430, Hinohara.
