Getting There

• Walking

  From the Petra Visitor Center, head straight towards the main entrance of Petra. Once you enter the archaeological site, follow the path leading through the Siq, a narrow gorge that leads to the Treasury. After taking in the view of the Treasury, continue walking straight through the site, passing by the Street of Facades and the Roman Theater. Keep walking until you reach the Colonnaded Street. From there, take the path that leads to the High Place of Sacrifice. Once you reach the top, you will have a great view of the area. To find the Tomba di Sestio Fiorentino, make your way back down to the Colonnaded Street and head towards the area of Uum Sayhoun. The tomb should be within a short walking distance from this part of the archaeological site.
