Turn right (east) onto New Hampshire Street and continue until you reach the intersection with 6th Street. Here, you can catch a bus to the Lawrence Transit Center, which is on 6th Street. From the Transit Center, take a bus heading towards Boston, and get off at the nearest stop to Congress Street.
