Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to Broke Leg Falls from Natural Bridge State Resort Park, start by leaving the park and head west on KY-11 N. Continue for about 3.5 miles. Turn right onto KY-15 N and follow this road for approximately 6 miles. Next, turn left onto KY-77 W and continue for about 1.5 miles. You’ll see signs for Broke Leg Falls; turn onto the road leading to the falls. There’s a small parking area where you can leave your vehicle.

• Hiking

  Once you park your car at the designated area, the hike to Broke Leg Falls begins. Follow the marked trail from the parking lot. The hike is approximately 0.5 miles and is relatively easy, with some slight elevation changes. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear, as the trail can be rocky in parts. The falls will be on your right, and you can enjoy the view from the designated lookout point.

• Public Transportation

  If you are relying on public transportation, check with local transit services for availability to Natural Bridge State Resort Park. Once you arrive at the park, you will need to use a rideshare service or taxi to reach Broke Leg Falls, as public transport does not directly service this location. The approximate distance is 11 miles, and it should cost around $15-$20 for a rideshare from the park to the falls.
