Walking
If you're starting from downtown Frankfort, make your way to E Main St. Head east on E Main St toward S Mill St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with US-127 N. Cross over and turn left onto US-127 N. Follow US-127 N for approximately 1 mile. When you reach the intersection with Germany Rd, turn right. Continue on Germany Rd for about 0.5 miles. Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary will be on your left at 1305 Germany Rd.

From downtown Frankfort, take the Capital City Trail, which connects to various parts of the city. Head toward the intersection of E Main St and US-127 N. Follow US-127 N until you reach Germany Rd.
