Start at the Frankfort Convention Center located at 405 Mero St, Frankfort, KY 40601. Head south on Mero St towards E Main St. Turn right onto E Main St and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-60. Cross over to the other side of the street and continue straight onto W Main St. After about 0.3 miles, take a left onto Sower Blvd. Continue on Sower Blvd for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Vernon Cooper Ln. Turn right onto Vernon Cooper Ln. The Kentucky Vietnam Veterans Memorial will be on your left at 365 Vernon Cooper Ln.

From the Frankfort Transit Station located at 117 E Main St, catch bus route 1 towards the Capital Plaza. Ride the bus for 3 stops and get off at the stop near the intersection of E Main St and US-60. From there, walk south on US-60 for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Sower Blvd. Continue on Sower Blvd for about 0.6 miles and turn right onto Vernon Cooper Ln.
