Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Nanyuki town. Head southeast on the Nanyuki - Meru Road (A2) for about 18 kilometers until you reach the junction at Karatina. Turn left onto the Nyeri-Karatina Road (B5) and continue for about 15 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Kimunye. Once you reach Kimunye, take the Karoki Ndwiga Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the Karoki In The Eco (KITE) Camping and Picnic Site, which will be on your right.

Public Transport
For those using public transportation, you can catch a matatu (shared taxi) from Nanyuki to Nyeri. The fare is usually around 200 KES. Once in Nyeri, you will need to take another matatu heading to Karatina. After reaching Karatina, ask for a matatu heading to Kimunye. From Kimunye, you can either walk approximately 5 kilometers to the Karoki In The Eco (KITE) Camping and Picnic Site or hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) for about 100-200 KES to take you directly.

If you are in Kimunye and prefer a faster option, you can hire a boda boda. This is a common and convenient form of transport in the area. Just approach any boda boda rider and inform them you want to go to Karoki In The Eco (KITE) Camping and Picnic Site. The fare should be around 100-200 KES depending on your negotiation skills.
