Note that there is an entrance fee of approximately 30 KES per person for Kenyan citizens and 600 KES for non-residents.

Public Transportation (Matatus)
To reach Mount Longonot National Park using public transport, head to the nearest matatu stage in Mount Longonot. Take a matatu heading towards Naivasha (usually marked with signage). The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Naivasha town, you will need to take another matatu or a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to the park entrance. The fare for the matatu is about 50 KES and the boda-boda ride should cost around 100 KES. Ensure to negotiate the fare before the ride.
