If you're driving, head towards Vientiane city center. From the center, take Lane Xang Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection with Rue Setthathirath. Turn left onto Rue Setthathirath and continue straight until you hit the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rue Kaysone Phomvihane. Continue for about 2 km, and you'll find the Lao People’s Army History Museum on your right at XJJJ+QJV, Ban Phonkheng.
