Getting There

  • Walking

    From any point in the Art Nouveau District, head towards Alberta iela, a prominent street known for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture. Walk along Alberta iela in the direction of the Central District. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Elizabetes iela. At the intersection, turn left onto Elizabetes iela and continue walking. After a short walk, you will reach the Central District, where the UNESCO World Heritage site is located. Look for the signs indicating the proximity to the site.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you prefer to use public transport, locate the nearest tram stop, which can be found at the end of Alberta iela. Take tram number 11 or 3 heading towards the Central Station. You will need to purchase a ticket from the ticket machine at the tram stop or on the tram. The fare is approximately €1.15. Get off at the 'Riga Central Station' stop, which is just a few minutes away from the UNESCO site. After disembarking, head south towards the Central District, and follow the signs that lead you to the UNESCO site.
