From the Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums) in Old Town, find the House of the Blackheads and walk straight down Kaļķu iela, which becomes Kaļēju iela. Continue for 5-7 minutes until you see the Roland statue on your left. Keep straight until you reach Pils iela. Turn right, walk for 2 minutes, and you'll find the monument at Pils iela 11 on your right.
