From Talsi, head to the Talsi bus station (Talsu autoosta). You can catch a bus towards Dundaga. Make sure to check the bus schedule for departure times as they may vary. Once you arrive at Dundaga, you will need to transfer to a local minibus or taxi that goes towards Slītere Lighthouse. Inform the driver of your destination, as it may not be a common stop.

Rent a bicycle in Talsi. Head northwest on Jāņa Street until you reach the road leading out of Talsi. Follow the signs towards Dundaga. The ride is approximately 16 kilometers and will take you through beautiful countryside. Once you reach Dundaga, you can continue by bicycle towards Slītere Lighthouse, which is about 5 kilometers away. Follow the signs, and enjoy the scenic route.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and in good shape, you can walk to Slītere Lighthouse. Start from the center of Talsi and head towards Dundaga Road (Dundagas iela). It is a long walk of about 21 kilometers, so be prepared with water and snacks. Follow the road signs towards Dundaga, and enjoy the natural scenery along the way. Once you reach Dundaga, look for signs directing you to Slītere Lighthouse, which is about 5 kilometers further.
