Walking
From the main entrance of Acadia National Park at Hulls Cove Visitor Center, head southeast on ME-3. Continue walking along the road for about 2 miles. You'll pass by several scenic views of the ocean and coastal landscape. Stay on the left side of the road for safety. After approximately 30-40 minutes of walking, you will reach the Oceanarium and Education Center located at 1351 ME-3, Bar Harbor, ME 04609.

Biking
Rent a bike at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center. Take the carriage roads toward ME-3. Once you reach ME-3, turn right and head southeast. Enjoy the ride as you take in the beautiful coastal scenery. The Oceanarium and Education Center is around 2 miles away. Expect a biking duration of about 15-20 minutes depending on your speed. Make sure to follow all biking rules and stay safe on the road.

Public Transportation
Check the local bus schedule for the Island Explorer service, which operates in the summer months. Catch the bus from any of the stops within Acadia National Park. Make sure to ask the driver for the stop nearest to the Oceanarium and Education Center. The bus ride should take approximately 20 minutes, followed by a short walk of about 5 minutes to reach the center at 1351 ME-3, Bar Harbor, ME 04609.
