Take the Downeaster train to Portland, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portland station, exit the station and walk for about 10 minutes. Head south on Franklin Street, then turn left onto Congress Street. Continue straight until you reach 7 Congress Square, where the Portland Museum of Art is located.
